In this window, the settings for the actual transfer between systems are made. You then select transport on the individual couplings.

Function

Description

Do not send common errors by email

: No error message is sent by email when the EDI import fails.

: An error message is sent to the e-mail address entered in the Email error recipient field when the EDI import fails.

The emails are sent in case of the following errors:

  • DuplicateExternalId

  • DuplicateFreightBill

  • ErrorLoadingOrder

  • ErrorLoadingOrderExternalId

  • ErrorLoadingOrderShipmentExternalId

  • ErrorLoadingOrderFreightBillNumber

  • ErrorLoadingOrderPackageId

  • IncorrectPackageId

  • Invoiced

  • NoPriceFromPriceCalculation.

Error messages when the EDI import fails are sent to/from these addresses. Do not send common errors by email (see above) must be unticked for the messages to be sent.

Method

Transfer method for importing the source file into Opter. The REST of the fields in this window depend on the method selected here. See below for transport methods and their specific settings.

Username and password for the FTP server. The password can be displayed in plain text.

Use TLS 1.3

TLS 1.3 may need to be disabled if there are problems with file transfers via FileZilla.

EMAIL

This method is basically used to send out a notification to one or more specific recipients when the order is imported and updated in Opter. The only thing that can be specified here is the sender and recipient of the email.

The actual email that is sent out is built into <emailSubjectK2> and <emailBodyK2> in the transform. Contact for more information.

Email recipient

Delimit multiple addresses with a semicolon (;).

It is also possible to enter the address of the person to receive the message in <emailRecipientK2> in the transform. There, multiple addresses are delimited by commas (,) or vertical lines (|).

Email sender

You must enter the sender of the email here. It cannot be specified in the transform.

HTTP, HTTPXMLTRANSFORM

Also applies to customised HTTP transports.
