Checklist (window)

Settings > Checklist

This window is used to create checklists. Existing checklists can also be amended and set as active or inactive. For more information, see Creating checklist questions and checklists.

NameEnter the name of the checklist. For example, “Delivery Checklist”.
Send notification toTo ensure a notification is sent automatically when the checklist is completed, enter the email address or mobile number in the Send notification to field.
Notify customer when complete

Select email or SMS from the Notify customer when complete drop-down list. For more information on notifications and notification subscriptions, see Sending notifications automatically.

Freight bill designIf you want to add freight bills as attachments to email notifications, choose which report to use for each attachment. If you have selected SMS as the method, freight bills cannot be attached.[Default]
Package label designIf you want to add package labels as attachments to email notifications, choose which report to use for each attachment. If you have selected SMS as the method, package labels cannot be attached.[Default]
Query

Displays the checklist questions included in the checklist. The questions are listed in the order in which they will appear.

To change a question, click on next to the question to open the Checklist question window. More information is available at Checklist question (window).

Query typeShows whether the question requires a Yes/No answer or a text answer. Click on to change the setting.
Query on orderShows whether the question should be answered when an order is picked up and/or delivered. Click on to change the setting.
Query on shipmentShows whether the question should be answered when a shipment is picked up and/or delivered. Click on to change the setting.
