Description

Name

Send notification to

Enter an email address if you want a notification to be sent to the signaller or another address when the checklist has been completed. Multiple addresses are separated by a semicolon (;), comma (,) or space. It is not possible to enter phone numbers in this field to send the notifications via SMS, only email addresses.

You must have selected a report in the Email to operator on complete checklist field on the Reports tab in the office settings, otherwise the email will read "QuerySet Complete (report missing)". The standard report that accompanies the installation of Opter, Checklist notification (email), contains the questions and answers provided by the driver.

Notify customer when complete

Select a method here and a notification will be created on the order and sent out when the driver has completed the checklist.

You must select a notification recipient, or enter an email address/telephone number, on the notification in Order reception. Otherwise it won't go away. For more information, see Notifications (order reception).
