Delay reasons (window)
Settings > Delay reasons
If a driver sets the status of a shipment to unloaded or performs a delivery scan later than the last possible delivery time specified on the order, the delivery is considered to be late.
Different reasons for delays can be created here, which can then be selected in a drop-down list in Opter Driver and under Times (deadlines) in order reception.
It can be set whether the driver has to give a reason for the delay and a comment in the event of a delivery delay. For more information, see Reason and comment mandatory in Opter Driver in the event of a delay.
Function | Explanation |

Name | The name of the reason. Shown in Opter Driver when a driver selects the reason for a delay. Also shown in the Delay reason drop-down list under Times (deadlines) in order reception. |
Description | Free text field for internal notes. The description is not displayed anywhere else but here. |
Acceptable delay | Select if orders with this reason for delay are not to be considered as being delayed in Opter. They will then, for example, not appear in the search results if a search for delayed orders is performed in order check. |
Available in mobile device | Select if it should be possible to select this reason when a delay is registered in Opter Driver. |
