Reports (window)
Settings > Reports
In the Reports window, templates can be created that are used for notifications, invoices, freight bills, package labels and printouts, for example. Information can be retrieved from different parts of Opter and added to the reports using tags (for example, a notification that “a shipment is on its way from <sender>”).
The reports are linked to notifications and printouts in different windows in Opter where they can then be generated manually or automatically.

These checkboxes allow you to make reports available for more uses than the standard messages for which they are preconfigured. For example, if you create a special report for home delivery notifications and want to be able to select it when sending out manual notifications in order reception, order check and dispatch, select Notification for that report.
If none of the checkboxes are selected, the report is only available for the uses for which it is preconfigured. For more information, see Messages, window.
Display Editor
Opens the report editor where you can create and edit the contents of the report. For more information, see Report editor, window. Contact for more information about how to customise reports.
This tab can be used to view previous versions of the reports. Select a report from the list on the left and the saved versions of it will be displayed on the right. If a new version is saved, the window must be closed and reopened for that version to appear in the history.
