Choosing the report for notifications to receivers

The content of notifications can be determined by connecting reports to them. You can either use an existing report, and possibly edit it, or create a completely new report and then connect it (see Creating reports for notifications).

Click on Settings > Messages.
Select a report for the following messages depending on the events for which notifications are to be sent:
- Advance notification estimated time (email)
- Advance notification estimated time (SMS)
- Advance notification change date (email)
- Advance notification change date (SMS)
- Advance notification information (email)
- Advance notification information (SMS)
- Advance notification delivery slot (email)
- Advance notification time slot (SMS)
Click on to open the report editor and edit one of the reports.
Obs!
If the report is connected to several different notifications, the text will change for all those notifications, not just for the specific notification for which is clicked.
Click on to save all changes.
