Choosing a report for notifications to paying customers

The content of notifications can be determined by connecting reports to them. You can either use an existing report, and possibly edit it, or create a completely new report and then connect it (see Creating reports for notifications).

  1. Click on Settings > Messages.
  2. Select a report for each of the following messages:
    • Notification (email)
    • Notification (SMS)
    • Checklist notification (email)
    • Checklist notification (SMS)
    • Notification vehicle movement (email)
    • Notification terminal (email)
    • Notification terminal (SMS)
    • Deviation (email)
    • Deviation (SMS)
    • POD (email)
    • POD (SMS)

    Obs!

    Reports should be entered for all notifications above so that the transport buyer can choose which notifications to have for individual orders on the customer web.

  3. Click on to open the report editor and edit one of the reports.

    Obs!

    If the report is connected to several different notifications, the text will change for all those notifications, not just for the specific notification for which is clicked.

  4. Click on to save all changes.

The report selected for the various messages is sent out when the conditions for automatic notification are met and when a notification is sent out manually in order reception.
