In this window, you create the checklist questions that make up the checklists. For more information, see Check lists.

Name Question |
Enter your name and question. You can have different names and questions, for example "ID check" as the name and "Have you checked the recipient's ID?" as the question, but it will be easier if you use the same text for both the name and the question as this is the name used in the Check List window where you select questions for the checklist. It will be easier to see what the checklist looks like if you see the whole question, not just a short name. |

The question must be answered at the time of collection from the sender. |

Order delivery |
The question must be answered at the time of delivery to the recipient. |

Shipment pickup |
The question must be answered at the time of collection from the sender and at the time of collection at all intermediate Terminals. |

Shipment delivery |
The question should be answered at the time of delivery at the consignee's premises and at the time of drop-off at all intermediate Terminals. |
: The question is a yes/no question, for example "Have you switched on the washing machine?". The driver chooses the answer in the app and does not need to enter anything.
: The question is an open question, for example "Where has the parcel been left?". The driver enters the answer in a text field in the app.
