Change password
Users with the relevant permission can change the password themselves.
We recommend the use of “strong” passwords. When using Opter Cloud, the password must consist of at least 8 characters and contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character (!@#$%^&*?_~-().,).
Export to Excel
The information contained in certain registries in Opter can be exported to, for example, utilise the functions in Excel to filter and change several items at the same time. Select what is to be exported in the From drop-down list. You can also open this dialogue box from the corresponding register by clicking on Export to Excel on the menu in the window.
In addition to those listed below, you can export a wide range of other lists and records. Look out for the export button, , when you position the pointer in the list.

Log out
Log out if you want to log into Opter as another user. If Opter has to be restarted, for example to make certain settings take effect, it is not sufficient to just log out. Quit must be selected to close Opter completely.
If you are logging in with an Entra ID (former Azure AD account) and have chosen to log in automatically, click Log out to forget the saved login details.
Quit
Closes Opter. If it fails to close, there may be an open dialogue box that requires an answer somewhere in it.
All open windows and dialogue boxes will be closed when Quit is clicked, not just the Main menu window. Changes that you have not saved may disappear.
