Weights for volume, area and load metres

Volume weight is used as an example in the text below, but the same principle also applies to area weight and load metre weight.
The number of kilograms per cubic metre can be specified in three different places:
- Office settings, Settings > Offices.
- Price lists, Economy > Price lists.
- Customer registry, Register > Customers.
Opter selects where the volume weight is taken from in this order:

Customer
If there is a value specified for a customer, Opter uses that.

Price list
If no value is stated for the customer, Opter takes the value from the price list.

Office
If no value is stated in the price list, Opter takes the value from the office settings.
