Privacy Policy for Integrations with Visma Systems

This privacy policy applies to all integrations between Opter and Visma. We are responsible for processing personal data that is collected. This also applies to personal data that is stated in agreements relating to the service.

Examples of personal data that we collect:

  • Company name.

  • Contact person.

  • Company address/invoice address.

  • Telephone number and email address.

  • Information about the use of the service. This may include, for example, browser settings and IP addresses.

We do not collect personal ID numbers or payment method details via the service.

How the service handles information

To ensure the service works as intended, certain information is used in Opter and sent to the customer register in the Visma system. If you do not want the information to be sent to the Visma system, you will not be able to use the service.

Example of such information:

  • Your customers' names.

  • The names of your customers' contact people.

  • The email addresses of your customers' contact people.

The purpose of using the information:

  • being able to enable access to the service

  • being able to send relevant information.

How the service stores information

Information obtained from Opter via the service is stored in your account in the Visma system.

Information security

We work continuously with information security to protect our users’ data. We use both technical and organisational measures to ensure that the level of security is as high as possible. These measures include anonymisation, access control and deletion procedures.

Rights

As a user of the service, you have the right to see how we handle your personal data. You can also request corrections to, restrictions on or deletion of your personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. You can contact our support if you want your information to be deleted or amended.

Where the processing of personal data is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time.
