Deviations (order reception)

Order > Order reception

Here the deviations are shown on the order. A deviation can be registered on one or more packages. You can see which package a particular deviation applies to on the tab Packages.

You can edit a registered deviation and create new deviations. For more information, see Registering deviations in order reception.

If the group is not displayed or if you want it in a different place in the Order reception, you can set it up. For more information, see Organising the groups in Order reception.

Function Description
New

Adds a new deviation to the order.

Delete

Deletes the selected deviation from the order.

Type

Shows the deviation type.

Event

Shows the deviation event.

Reason

Shows the deviation reason.

Date

Shows the date and time when the deviation was created.

Created by vehicle

Shows which vehicle was logged in when the deviation was created.

Created by employee Shows which employee created the deviation.

Comment

Shows the comment on the deviation.

Shipment no.

Shows the number of the shipment on which the deviation is registered.

Notified

Shows if and when the deviation was notified to the recipient.

Show on map

If the deviation was registered in connection with a proof of delivery, it is possible to click on the Show on map button to open a map showing where the proof of delivery and the deviation were registered.
