Under Order log you can find the following logs for the current order.

Order log

A detailed log of everything that has happened to the order.

Tracking log T&T

A summary of the complete order log, which provides a simpler overview of the status changes that have occurred.

Notification Log

This tab displays a log of all notifications sent out for the order, and notifications that have failed to be sent out. For more information about notifications, see Introduction to notifications.

Function Description
Date Date and time when the notification was sent. The Sent column shows whether it succeeded or failed.
Receiver The recipient of the notification. This displays the recipient's email address or SMS phone number.

Type

Shows which message/report has been sent.

Reason Shows the reason why the notification was sent, such as a change in status or because a deviation was registered on the order.
Subject If the notification was sent by email, the text of the email’s subject line is displayed here.
Message

The content of the email or SMS is displayed here.

For the content of the email or SMS to be displayed here, the Log messages checkbox must be selected. The checkbox is on the Servers tab in the office settings.

Delivery - Earliest Shows the date and time of the earliest delivery time according to the order.
Delivery - Latest Shows the date and time of the latest delivery time according to the order.
Delivery - Estimated Shows the date and time of the estimated delivery time according to the order.
Has attachments

Shows whether or not the notification has attachments. If the notification has attachments, a selected checkbox appears.

Attachments to notifications can be package labels and freight bills.

Sent

Shows if the notification has been sent or if it failed.

If the notification has been sent, a selected checkbox appears.

Route optimisation log

This tab displays a log of all orders that have been route optimised. For more information on route optimisation, see Route optimisation.

Function Explanation
Time The date and time at which route optimisation was carried out is displayed here.
Estimated pickup time

Manually or automatically calculated pickup time.

The Automatic checkbox shows whether this is calculated manually or automatically, see below.

Estimated delivery time

Manually or automatically calculated delivery time.

The Automatic checkbox shows whether this is calculated manually or automatically, see below.

Driver The driver assigned to the shipment.
Vehicle The vehicle assigned to the shipment.

Route sequence - from

displays the route sequence of the pickup addresses.

Route sequence - to

displays the route sequence of the delivery addresses.

Shipment number

Order number and shipment number.

For example, if “61 (1)” is indicated, it means that the order number is 61 and the shipment number is 1, i.e. the first shipment on order number 61.

Automatic

The checkbox is selected if route optimisation has taken place automatically.

The checkbox is deselected if route optimisation has been carried out manually.

You cannot change this checkbox, this is done by Opter.
