Sender (order reception)
Order > Order reception
Information about the sender of the order is displayed under Sender. The fields to be displayed can be set by clicking on Settings > Address settings. The fields that are mandatory to complete when registering an order (yellow fields) can also be configured.

indicate the position accuracy of the address. For more information, see Addresses and address positions.
If the Sender section is not displayed or if it should be placed elsewhere in order reception, this can be set up. For more information, see Arranging the sections in order reception.

Customer code:/Customer number | Customer code or customer number of the sender of the order. |
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | See Addresses and address positions. Click on the icon to view the address on the map, or select an address. The position of the address can also be adjusted there. For more information, see Map (window). |
Name | The sender’s name, which is usually a company name or a private individual. The field is called Address Line 1 in the Address settings window. |
c/o | Enter the company department, the company name or c/o, or whatever the field is to be used for. The field is called Company in the Address settings window. |
Street/No. | Enter the street name and number. The fields are called Street and Street number in the Address settings window. |
Address row 2 | If you have chosen to display Address row 2, enter the information to be displayed in this field, for example the apartment number or c/o name. |
Address row 3 | If you have chosen to display Address row 3, enter the information to be displayed in this field, for example the apartment number or c/o name. |
Postcode / City | Enter the postcode and postal town. The fields are called Postcode and City in the Address settings window. |
Time/Date / Time/Date | Enter the earliest pickup time (time and date). The fields are called Time - Earliest and Date - Earliest in the Address settings window. Enter the latest pickup time (time and date). The fields are called Time - Latest and Date - Latest in the Address settings window. |
Geo zone/Price zone | Select the sender’s geo-zone or price zone from the drop-down list. The fields are called Geographical zone and Price zone in the Address settings window. |
Country | Select the country of the sender address from the drop-down list. |
Code | Enter the sender’s entry code. The field is called Entry code in the Address settings window. |
Phone | Enter the sender’s telephone number. The field is called Telephone in the Address settings window. |
Enter the sender’s email address. | |
Information | Enter additional information in this field if required. The field is called Info in the Address settings window. For more information, see Information linked to the customer’s address. |
Hub | Select terminal from the drop-down list if the sender is a terminal. |
Service time/Additional | Service time is the time it takes to drop off the goods in addition to the actual driving time between addresses. The total service time and the time for additional stops are displayed in the Service time and Additional fields in the sender and receiver addresses in order reception. It is also possible to overwrite the times here with a manual value that applies to that particular order. For more information, see Service time. The fields are called Service time first and Service time following in the Address settings window. |
