Order > Order reception

This section can be used to manage the shipments that make up the order. The section consists of three parts:

The toolbar.
A schematic overview of the shipments and terminals on the order (yellow/white fields).
Detailed information about each shipment on the order (light yellow fields).

Shipments and terminals

Each shipment and terminal on the order is shown as a yellow or white field.

If you right-click on a terminal, you can delete it. The two shipments that were split on that terminal are then merged into one shipment.

Click on Details to display more information about the shipment on the following tabs:

Route optimisation

This tab displays a Route optimization log for the current shipment. Information about the estimated arrival time for Pickup and Delivery is also displayed here. For more information on route optimisation, see Route optimisation.

Pickup

Function	Explanation
Route sequence	Route optimisation route sequence. The route sequence for the pickup address according to the current status of the shipment is displayed here.
Estimated	Manually calculated pickup time and date.
Estimated (automatic)	Automatically calculated pickup time and date. If the pickup time is calculated manually, that time will be displayed both here and in the Estimated field. If the pickup time has first been calculated manually and is then calculated automatically, the automatically calculated pickup time applies, but the date and time of the previous manual pickup are still displayed in the Estimated field.

Estimated

Route optimization log

Function	Explanation
Time	The date and time at which route optimisation was carried out is displayed here.
Estimated pickup time	Manually or automatically calculated pickup time. The Automatic checkbox shows whether this is calculated manually or automatically, see below.
Estimated delivery time	Manually or automatically calculated delivery time. The Automatic checkbox shows whether this is calculated manually or automatically, see below.
Driver	The driver assigned to the shipment.
Vehicle	The vehicle assigned to the shipment.
Shipment number	Order number and shipment number. For example, if “61 (1)” is indicated, it means that the order number is 61 and the shipment number is 1, i.e. the first shipment on order number 61.
Automatic	The checkbox is selected if route optimisation has taken place automatically. The checkbox is deselected if route optimisation has been carried out manually. You cannot change this checkbox, this is done by Opter.
