OrderOrder reception

A list of all the parcels in the order.

Column

Description

Quantity

If you have several parcels with the same dimensions, enter the number in this column. When you click on Package id, the parcels are split into separate lines so that they are each assigned a unique parcel number.

Length weight

The same as the length weight. If a consignment is classified as long goods according to the length weight calculation, it is assigned a length weight in kg in accordance with the rules set out in the window Length weight calculation. For more information and examples, see Setting up weight calculation for long goods.

If Ignore quantity when calcualting packages is unchecked on the weight calculation, the length weight of the long goods is multiplied by the number of packages on the package line.

Pricing weight

The weighting of the package in the pricing. The same as the weight, provided the consignment is not classified as long goods. In the case of long goods, the pricing weight is calculated in accordance with the length weight calculation.

The pricing weight in this column is always calculated based on the values in the parcel row, and does not take into account the settings for the multi-parcel length weight calculation. For more information, see Length weight calculation (window).

Weight

Package weight. Multiply by the quantity in the package row to give the pricing weight if Ignore quantity when calcualting packages is unchecked in the weight calculation.

Stackable

Stackable packages may be regarded as either the bottom or the top package when they are stacked on top of one another. You define for yourself what counts as stackable by creating a length weight calculation and selecting how stackable packages are to be handled. For more information, see Length weight calculation (window).

This value can be transferred via EDI, so the settings you choose may also depend on how a trading partner defines ‘stackable’.
