Register anomalies in order reception

The deviations registered in the apps are displayed in the order reception, but it is also possible to register a deviation directly in the order reception.

Registered deviations

In the Deviations section of the order reception, the deviations of the order are displayed. A deviation can be registered on one or more packages. If you want to see which package(s) a discrepancy is registered for, first select the discrepancy row in the list on the left, and then click on the Packages tab on the right. The checkbox is marked for the packages with which the deviation is registered.

Change registered deviation

In the Deviations section, a registered deviation can be changed. If you want to make changes to a registered deviation, first select the deviation row in the list on the left, then make changes on the tabs on the right, and when you are done, press on the far left of the row to save. Register new deviation

In the section Deviations you can register new deviations on the order, but in most cases the registration is done in Opter Driver or Opter Terminal.

If you want to register a new deviation in the order reception, please proceed as follows:

  1. Click on the New button. A new row is added for the deviation.

  2. Click on the General tab. Select Deviation type, then you may select Deviation event and Deviation reason. If necessary, fill in the fields below. For more information, see Deviations, order reception and Deviations.

  3. Fill in the information that may be required on the Consequences tab on the right. For more information, see Deviations, order reception.

  4. Click on the tab Packages and tick the boxes for the parcels for which the discrepancy should be registered.

  5. When you have finished, click on on the far left of the row to save.
