Activating multi-orders on the customer web

If your customers often create orders from the same sender to several different receivers, you can activate the multi-order function. When the function is enabled, your customers can more quickly create orders from one sender to several receivers on the customer web.

Step 1: Activate the multi-order function

To activate the multi-order function on the customer web, proceed as follows:

  1. Click on Settings > Internet > Internet order settings.

  2. Select the customer web from the list on the left.

  3. On the Menu alternatives and functions tab, in the The customer web box, select the Create multi-orders checkbox.

  4. Make sure that the Create orders checkbox is also selected.

  5. The user needs to be able to add and change addresses that they frequently use, so also select the Add and amend addresses checkbox.

  6. Click on to save all changes.

Step 2: Define how created orders can be edited (optional)

To ensure that users are allowed to amend existing orders on the customer web, proceed as follows:

  1. Click on Settings > Internet > Internet order settings.

  2. Select the customer web from the list on the left.

  3. On the Menu alternatives and functions tab, in the The customer web box, select the Change orders checkbox.

  4. Under Enable changes for order that are on the General tab, it is possible to define that only orders with a certain status can be modified. For more information, see Changes to orders registered on the customer web.

  5. Click on to save all changes.

If an order has a status in which it can be modified, the Edit button is displayed at the bottom of the detail view.
