Link to Track & Trace from the customer web’s login page

A link to Track & Trace can be added directly on the login page for the customer web. To add a link to the menu inside the customer web instead, see Adding a link to the menu on the customer web.

How to add a link to Track & Trace on the login page:

  1. Click on Settings > Offices > Internet tab.
  2. Select Show link to Track & Trace on the login page.
  3. Click on to save all changes.

The change will take effect immediately. The link will appear the next time the web login page is opened.
