Preparing credits for fuel extra

We recommend that you read Fuel surcharge (fuel extra), overview before you change your fuel allowance or start using fuel allowances, so that you don't miss anything important.

Choose whether the total price of the order should be displayed with fuel extra included or whether fuel extra should be displayed on a separate line on credits by proceeding as follows:

  1. Click on Settings > Offices > Crediting.

    If you have more than one office, select the office whose setting should be configured from the list on the left.

  2. If the total price of the order should be shown on the credit with fuel extra included, select the Supplier bill prices include fuel extra checkbox.

    If instead the total price of the order should be shown without fuel extra included and fuel extra should be shown on a separate line on the credit, deselect the Supplier bill prices include fuel extra checkbox. This setting is useful if you want the amount of fuel extra to be clearly visible to the resource.

  3. Click on to save all changes.
