Separating the fuel extra setting for customer and resource

We recommend that you read Fuel extra (surcharge) before making a change to the fuel extra or starting to use fuel extra, so that you don’t miss anything important.

How to make the No fuel extra checkbox setting in order reception apply to the customer but not the resource:

  1. Click on Settings > Offices.
  2. Go to the Order Settings tab and select theSeparate "No fuel extra" for customer and resource checkbox.
  3. Click on to save all changes.

The No fuel extra checkbox in order reception now only applies to the customer, in both the Price box and on the price item lines. On the price item line there is also the No resource fuel extra checkbox, which can be used to ensure that the resource does not have fuel extra applied to that particular price item.
