Creating exceptions from the fuel extra surcharge

To exclude a price from the fuel extra, proceed as follows:

1. Click on Economy > Price lists and open the Price lists folder.

2. Open the price list that is to be worked on by clicking on to the left of the name and then opening the Price collections folder.

3. Select the price collection (folder) that is to be worked on and go to the Price calculations tab.

4. Click on the Advanced button at the bottom of the window. A new window opens.

5. Select the No fuel extra checkbox.

   If fuel extra should not be added when copying resource prices, select the No fuel extra on resource price copy checkbox as well.

   Resource price copying is when the price of the resource is a % share of the customer’s price. It is used when there is no resource price from a resource price list.

6. Click on Change at the bottom of the window. The window closes.

7. Click on to save all changes.

To exclude a price item from the fuel extra, proceed as follows:

1. Click on Economy > Price lists and open the Price lists folder.

2. Open the price list that is to be worked on by clicking on to the left of the name and then opening the Price items folder.

3. Select the price item (folder) that is to be worked on and go to the Advanced tab.

4. Select the No fuel extra checkbox.

   • If fuel extra should not be added when copying resource prices, select the No fuel extra on resource price copy checkbox as well.

     Resource price copying is when the price of the resource is a % share of the customer’s price. It is used when there is no resource price from a resource price list.

   • If fuel extra should not be added for a resource, select the No resource fuel extra checkbox as well.

5. Click on to save all changes.

To exclude a surcharge from the fuel extra, proceed as follows:

1. Click on Economy > Price lists and open the Price lists folder.

2. Select the price list that is to be worked on and go to the Price collection for extras tab.

3. In the window that opens, click on and select the No fuel extra checkbox.

4. Click on Ok. The window closes.

5. Click on to save all changes.
