Set previous shipments to unload automatically

If a shipment has been given the status Delivered, it is possible to make sure that the previous shipments on the same order are automatically given the same status. Click Settings > Life cycles and statuses, select a life cycle from the list on the left and tick Cascade-effect for delivery.

Reactivate orders

How to reactivate an order in dispatch:

  1. Open the order in order reception.

  2. Click on to the right of the tick box Ready for dispatch in the group Order status.

  3. Open the dispatch system and look up the order. It is probably located beneath Delivered.

  4. Right-click on the order, select Set status and change the status to Created.
