Status management in dispatch

Setting previous shipments as unloaded automatically

If a shipment has been given the status Delivered, it is possible to make sure that the previous shipments on the same order are automatically given the same status. Click on Settings > Life cycles and statuses, select a life cycle from the list on the left and tick Cascade-effect for delivery.

Reactivating orders

How to reactivate an order in dispatch:

1. Open the order in order reception.

2. Click on to the right of the checkbox Ready for dispatch under Driver suggestion.

3. Open the dispatch and look up the order. It is probably located at Delivered.

4. Right-click on the order, select Set status and change the status to Created.
