Reactivating orders in dispatch
How to reactivate an order in dispatch:
- Open the order in order reception.
- Click on
to the right of the Ready for dispatch checkbox.
- Open dispatch.
- Search for the order (it is probably under Delivered).
- Right-click on the order, select Set status from the context menu and change the status to Created.
