Reactivating orders in dispatch

How to reactivate an order in dispatch:

  1. Open the order in order reception.
  2. Click on to the right of the Ready for dispatch checkbox.
  3. Open dispatch.
  4. Search for the order (it is probably under Delivered).
  5. Right-click on the order, select Set status from the context menu and change the status to Created.
