Deviation event, window

Settings > Deviations > Deviation event

This window is used to define the deviation events that it should be possible to enter for the various deviation types. The list on the left shows the deviation events that are saved.

The deviation events can be used to specify the deviations in more detail. Deviation events do not have to be created.

Function	Explanation	Default setting
Name	The name of the event. Displayed in the list on the left.	–
Description	Free text field for internal notes. The description is not displayed anywhere else but here.	–
Force deviation reason	Make it mandatory to state a reason when the event is stated for a deviation that is registered.
Available in mobile device	Select whether to allow this event to be specified for deviations that are registered in Opter Driver. In order for the event to appear in the app, it must also be available for the type specified when the deviation is registered. See Deviation types below.
Available in Opter Terminal	Select whether to allow this event to be specified for deviations that are registered in Opter Terminal. In order for the event to appear in the app, it must also be available for the type specified when the deviation is registered. See Deviation types below.
Deviation types	A list of the deviation types for which the event is available. The checkboxes are updated if the corresponding setting is changed in the Deviation types window. When a new deviation event is created, all the types are selected by default.
Deviation reasons	A list of the reasons for deviations that can be indicated for the event. The checkboxes are updated if the corresponding setting is changed in the Deviation reasons window. When a new deviation event is created, all the reasons are selected by default.
