Invoice fee

Invoice fees are managed using invoice fee groups. An invoice fee group can contain several invoice fees, which may differ depending on the amount that is to be invoiced. For example, you can choose to charge a certain invoice fee if the invoice amount is above SEK 0 and a different fee if the invoice amount is above SEK 1,000. You may want some customers to have higher invoice fees than others. In such cases, an invoice fee group with high fees can be created, which is then linked to the customer in the customer registry.

Tip

Do not name the fee groups with an amount, for example “SEK 30”. Instead, give them names that make it easy to think of them as fee groups, such as “Normal”, “Low” and “High”.
