If a driver sets the status of a shipment to unloaded or performs a delivery scan later than the last possible delivery time specified on the order, the delivery is considered to be late.
Different reasons for delays can be created here, which can then be selected in a drop-down list in Opter Driver and under Ajad (tähtajad) in order reception.
You can set whether the driver has to give a reason for the delay and a comment in case of delayed delivery. For more information, see .

Select if orders with this reason for delay are not to be considered as being delayed in Opter. They will then, for example, not appear in the search results if a search for delayed orders is performed in order check. |
