Cancelling a route optimisation
The estimated arrival time and route sequence for shipments that have undergone route optimisation can be deleted. Select the shipments in dispatch, right-click and select one of the following options:
Reset ETA: the estimated pickup and delivery times are deleted.
Reset route sequence: the estimated pickup and delivery sequence is deleted.
Reset ETA and route sequence: both the times and the route sequence are deleted.
Only the times and route sequence are reset. No other changes are made to the shipments. For example, if shipments were assigned when route optimisation was carried out on them, the assignment is retained.

If automatic route optimisation is used, the route sequence and times are filled in again the next time an order is changed. To ensure that the times and route sequence are deleted, first pause automatic route optimisation, by right-clicking on the resource box and selecting Manual routeoptimization.
