Signing the proof of delivery in Track & Trace

A proof of delivery can be signed in Track & Trace, either on a mobile device or on a computer. This means that the receiver does not need to touch the driver’s device. The driver can send an SMS with a link to Track & Trace to make it easier for the recipient to find the order.

Proceed as follows

The receiver signs on their own device as follows:

1. Go to Track & Trace and search for the order as usual, or press the link in the SMS from the driver.

2. Click on/press Sign POD.

   

3. Write a signature in the text field and click on Save. Use the mouse if signing on a computer.

When the signature is received from Track & Trace, a new proof of delivery of the standard type is created for the order.
