Track & Trace allows you and the receivers to search for transport operations, and to view their status and other information. There is no need for login credentials when using Track & Trace, so it is possible to search directly by, for example, order number or freight bill number. This means that Track & Trace can also be used to communicate directly with the receiver.
The address for Track & Trace is the same as that for the customer portal, with ‘/tt’ added at the end, for example www.transportfirman.se/Opter/tt or 123.45.678.901/Opter/tt. If you are using Opter Cloud, the address for Track & Trace is https://transportfirmanse.opter.cloud/tt. If you do not know the address, you can ask the transport company for it.
