Last updated: 4 August 2025

Tellimus > Tellimused& vastuvõtt

The Mõõtmed group shows the order’s dimensions, which is the sum of the dimensions of all packages included in the order. Calculated values are displayed in grey text in italics. A value can also be entered manually. Manually entered values are displayed in normal black text.

If the group Mõõtmed is not displayed, or if you want it to appear in a different place in the order reception area, you can configure this. For more information, see Organising the groups in Order reception.

You can also add fields for additional dimensions in group Mõõtmed, see Fields and checkboxes in Order reception.

Function

Description

Pakkeüksused

Number of packages in the order. Click to create that number of item lines in the group Pakkeüksused. If a package ID number series has been set, the package rows will be allocated package numbers.

The package ID number series is set on the Tellimuse sätted tab in the office settings.

A package ID number series for consignment orders can be set by clicking on Seaded > Saadetise tüübid and selecting a package ID number series from the Paketi ID numbri seeria drop-down list.

Kaal

The sum of the weight of all the packages in the order.

Pikkus kaalu pikkus

If the goods do not fit into the width of the vehicle and therefore have to be loaded lengthwise, the loading will probably not be as efficient in terms of surface area. If you then want the customer to pay more for the transport, you can use the dimension Pikkus kaalu pikkus. In the Pikkus kaalu pikkus dimension, the length is converted into a weight, so that the customer pays by weight instead.

For more information, see Calculating the pricing weight and Setting up weight calculation for long goods.

Maht

The sum of the volume of all the packages in the order.

Kaubaaluste koht

Total number of pallet spaces for all packages in the order.

Laadimismeeter

Total number of load metres for all packages in the order.

Hinnastamise kaal

Pricing weight of the order. For more information, see Calculating the pricing weight.

If you do a lot of work with specific packages, you may want the pricing weight to be calculated separately for each package and these separate pricing weights then totalled. In this case, tick the checkbox Saadetise koondhinna hinnastamise kaal under Seaded > Kaalu arvutamine.

Kaugus

The order’s driving distance in kilometres. Click on to update the distance. The service used for the distance calculation is set in the office settings (in the Kaugus drop-down menu on the Kaal/kaugus tab).

Aeg

An optional time in hours and minutes that can be used to calculate price items, for example, can be entered here.

Enter the time in the format “hours:minutes”, so “3:45” means 3 hours and 45 minutes.

Sõiduaeg

Driving time is the time it takes to drive between two addresses.

The driving time is displayed in the “hours:minutes” format, so for example if “9:16” is indicated, it means 9 hours and 16 minutes.

The estimated driving time or a manually entered driving time is displayed here as follows:

  • If the driving time is in italics, the driving time calculated by Opter based on the order or on the individual shipments is displayed. How driving time is calculated depends on the distance calculation service set in the office settings on the Kaal/kaugus tab of the Kaugus drop-down list. For example, if PTV (v2) has been selected, an advanced analysis is carried out, taking into account speed limits, among other things. If a different distance calculation service has been chosen, such as Soome postiindeksite kaugused, a locked table based on postcodes is used. The table lists the distances between different postcodes and the estimated driving time for the different routes, for example from postcode “00170” (in Helsinki) to postcode “65100” (in Vaasa), it is always exactly 422 km and takes 4:49 to drive.

  • If the driving time is in normal text (i.e. not in italics), a manually entered driving time is displayed.
