Introduction to the supplier web

On the supplier web, suppliers can view and manage the transport operations they perform for you, and if you allow it they can also create orders and assign shipments to their own vehicles, which are then synchronised with dispatch in Opter. This can be accessed by adding an extension to the URL used for the webs, which is usually your domain or external IP address. The supplier web is located at /opter/supplier, for example www.courierservices.com/opter/supplier or 123.45.678.901/opter/supplier. If running Opter Cloud, the supplier web address is https://<name>.opter.cloud/supplier.

The information that is displayed and what can be done on the web is controlled from the Internet order settings window.
