Regions are used to run different businesses or divisions in the same Opter installation. Each region may have its own corporate identity with names, addresses, logos, Corporate ID numbers and invoice number ranges, but all regions share the same database.

The corresponding data for the main activity are set in the office settings.

Large image

These images are used in reports, such as invoices and Freight bills. To add more images, open the image library at and upload them.

For the images to appear on invoices, they must be billed to that region. It is not enough for the region to be on the order. Report tags:

  • REG_SmallImage

  • REG_LargeImage

Report tags for freight bills and parcel labels. The region must be on the order for the image to appear:

  • Region.REG_SmallImage

  • Region.REG_LargeImage

In this example, there is a condition on the image (condition), which makes the name from the tab Invoice details (REG_NameInv) is displayed if there is no large image.
