Material sites can be linked to Price items and used to show where the actual goods (e.g. gravel) should be collected. Price items can also be priced with material site as a condition. It is therefore possible to have a Price item with different prices for gravel depending on whether it is collected in Upplandsgropen or Mälby grus.

Nimi	For example, the name of the material site is displayed in Opter Driver when adding Price items.
Kood	The code acts as an abbreviation of the name.
Kirjeldus	Free text field for internal notes. The description is not displayed anywhere else but here.

Raamatupidamine

In Opter, the VAT rate on the order determines the income and cost account to which a certain amount is booked. On this tab you can make exceptions to the regular account coding. The tabs you make changes to are marked with .

Click on to display the VAT rates held in the system. Then select the account to which amounts with the different VAT rates should be posted. More information on the individual drop-down lists can be found at The Raamatupidamine tab. The settings in this tab apply if you reach item 4 in the list in How Opter selects accounts for income and expenses. If [Vaikimisi] is selected for any of the options here, the account coding is taken from the VAT rate.

In order to select the material site in Opter Driver when the driver adds Price items, you need to link items to material sites. When the driver selects a Price item in the app, only the material sites related to that item are displayed. And vice versa, if the driver selects a material site, only the Price items linked to that material site are displayed. For more information, see The price item view in Opter Driver.

As the Price item register is unique for each price list, you first select a price list and then a Price item in the list. Price items must be activated as manual items in order to be linked to a material site. You make a Price item manual by ticking it on the Manuaalse hinnaga kaubad tab of the price list. Drivers will need to log out and back in to the app for the changes to be visible.

To delete a link, select the entire row and press Delete.
