Printout scanning in Opter Terminal

Labels can be printed automatically when scanning with Opter Terminal if, for example, new package labels need to printed for certain packages. This can be done as follows:

  1. Select Print from the main menu in Opter Terminal.
  2. Choose whether to scan package labels or freight bills. The system administrator can define a setting so that this choice doesn’t have to be made.
  3. Select the printer to which you want to print (if there are multiple printers at the terminal) and then what you want to print.
  4. Scan as usual.

The label is printed immediately if the scan matches an order in the system. If the scan matches several orders in the system, you can choose the intended order. If the scan does not match any of the orders, an error message is displayed.
