The timing of when scheduled orders are created is set in the system settings, but you can make exceptions for individual schedule templates and set orders of those particular schedule templates to be created at a different time. This can be useful if, for example, longer lead times are needed for certain orders.
Proceed as follows
-
Click on Tellimus > Genereeri ajakavaga tellimused.
-
Double-click on the schedule template that is to be edited. The schedule template opens in order reception.
-
Click on Ajakava in the box Seaded. The Schedule window opens.
-
Select option Autogenerate at the following time under Põlvkond and enter the time of day when the schedule copies are to be created in the time field.
-
In the Päevad tulevikku field, enter the number of days into the future for which schedule copies should be available. 0 = today, 1 = today and tomorrow and so on. This figure is a measure of how many days into the future that there should be scheduled copies ready.
-
Click on Okei and then save the schedule template in the order reception.
The time at which today’s scheduled orders were generated is shown in column Sel päeval of the window Looge ajakavada tarned.
Example
You have a schedule template that generates orders on a daily basis and enters "2" in the field Päevad tulevikku. The first time you generate the scheduled copies, they are created for day 0 (today), day 1 (tomorrow) and day 2 (the day after tomorrow). The next day (day 1), a scheduled copy for day 3 is created, as scheduled copies for days 1 and 2 already exist. You will always have three schedule copies of this schedule template in the dispatch centre.
