Registering deviations in order reception

The deviations registered in the apps are displayed in order reception, but it is also possible to register a deviation directly in order reception.

Registered deviations

The deviation on the order is shown in the Kahjud section in order reception. A deviation can be registered on one or more packages. To see which package(s) a deviation is registered for, first select the deviation’s row in the list on the left, and then click on the Pakkeüksused tab on the right. The checkbox is marked for the packages with which the deviation is registered.

Change a registered deviation

In the Kahjud section, a registered deviation can be changed. To make changes to a registered deviation, first select that row in the list on the left, then make changes in the tabs on the right, and then press at the far left of the row to save. For more information, see Kahjud (order reception).

Register a new deviation

In the Kahjud section, it is possible to register new deviations on the order, but in most cases the registration is done in Opter Driver or Opter Terminal.

To register a new deviation in order reception, proceed as follows:

1. Click on the Uus button. A new row is added for the deviation.

2. Click on the Üldine tab. Select Tüüp, then select Kahjujuhtum and Kahjustuse põhjus if needed. If needed, fill in the fields below. For more information, see Kahjud (order reception) and Deviations.

3. Fill in the information that may be required on the Tagajärjed tab on the right. For more information, see Kahjud (order reception).

4. Click on the Pakkeüksused tab and mark the boxes for the packages for which the deviation should be registered.

5. Upon completion, click on on the far left of the row to save.
