Schedules for schedule templates are configured in this window. For examples of schedules, see Creating schedule templates.

National public holidays must be defined in Register > Pühad. They are not automatically retrieved from the calendar.

Select the interval to base the schedule on.

Select Igapäevane if the scheduled event should occur on specific days, for example every day, or every Sunday and public holiday.

Frequency of repetition:

  • 1 = every day

  • 2 = every other day

  • 3 = every three days

  • and so on.

If you enter “0”, the scheduled event does not take place.

Nädalapäev

The scheduled event occurs only on weekdays, Monday to Friday.

Laupäeviti ja päev enne püha

The scheduled event occurs only on Saturdays and days prior to national public holidays.

Pühapäevad ja pühad

The scheduled event occurs only on Sundays and national public holidays.

Example:

If the interval “3” and Nädalapäev are selected, but Laupäeviti ja päev enne püha and Pühapäevad ja pühadare not selected, Opter will select every third day if it is a weekday.

  • If the third day falls on a weekday, the scheduled event will take place.

  • If the third day falls on a Saturday, a day before a public holiday, a Sunday or a public holiday, the scheduled event will not take place.

Select Igakuine if the scheduled event should occur on certain days in the month, for example the 15th or every Sunday and public holiday.

Function

Description

Päevad kuus

The date during the month on which the event should occur. Separate multiple dates with spaces, commas (with or without spaces after them) or semicolons (with or without spaces after them), (e.g. “1 5 10”, “1, 5, 10” or “1;5;10”.

If the field is left blank, the scheduled event will occur on every day of the month defined by the setting for Nädalapäev, Laupäeviti ja päev enne püha and Pühapäevad ja pühad.

The dates are not saved in this field. The next time the Schedule window is opened, it will be empty. The dates can be seen at the bottom of Next three occasions.

  • If the dates fall on a weekday, the scheduled event will take place.

  • If the dates fall on a Saturday, a day before a public holiday, a Sunday or a public holiday, the scheduled event will not take place.

Select Iganädalane if the scheduled event should occur on certain days of the week, e.g. every Tuesday and Friday, or every other Wednesday..

Description

esmaspäev–pühapäev

Weekdays. These checkboxes must be selected together with the checkboxes below. If esmaspäev-reede are selected, Nädalapäev must be selected, otherwise the scheduled event will not occur. The reverse is also true. If pühapäev is not selected but Pühapäevad ja pühad is selected, the scheduled event will not take place on Sundays.

  • 1 = every week

  • 2 = every other weekday

  • 3 = every three weeks

  • and so on.

If you enter “0”, the scheduled event does not take place.

Nädalapäev

The scheduled event occurs only on weekdays, Monday to Friday.

Laupäeviti ja päev enne püha

The scheduled event occurs only on Saturdays and days prior to national public holidays.

Pühapäevad ja pühad

The scheduled event occurs only on Sundays and national public holidays.

Example:

If reede and the interval “2” are specified, and Nädalapäev and Laupäeviti ja päev enne püha, but not Pühapäevad ja pühad are selected, Opter will check every other week whether Friday is a weekday.

  • If the Friday falls on a weekday, the scheduled event will take place.

  • If the Friday falls on a public holiday, the scheduled event will not take place.

Select Instance if you want the scheduled event to occur on a specific day of the month, for example the first day of every month, or the third Friday of every other month. The scheduled event occurs no more than once a month. To ensure that it occurs several times a month, select Igakuine under Juhtub.

Function

Description

First drop-down list

The time of day in the month at which the scheduled event should occur.

Second drop-down list

The day in the month on which the scheduled event should occur.

Third drop-down list

Frequency of repetition:

  • 1 = every month

  • 2 = every other month

  • 3 = every three months

  • and so on.

If you enter “0”, the scheduled event does not take place.

Periood

Specify the dates between which the schedule will apply. Opter assumes the Alates date when calculating the schedule interval.

Paus

To pause the schedule, specify the dates between which the pause will apply. The scheduled event does not take place between the dates you specify. You can specify several date ranges, for example, if you want to have a pause throughout July, and one between 24 December and 8 January.

Here you can specify whether timetable copies should be generated automatically or not.

Do not autogenerate

The schedule copies must be generated manually from the window Looge ajakavada tarned.

Autogenerate using the system settings

The schedule copies are generated according to the settings in the window Süsteemisätted (window). The time at which the schedule copy is generated is shown in brackets.

Unless the Aktiveerige automaatne genereerimine checkbox is ticked in the system settings, no schedule copies will be generated. No time is shown in brackets.

Autogenerate at the following time

Schedule copies are generated at the time of day specified in the system settings, but here you can make exceptions for the current schedule template. The timetable copies will then be generated at the time you specify here.

Päevad tulevikku

The number of days before the order date that the scheduled copies should be created.

  • 0 = orders are generated on the same day as the order date

  • 1 = orders are generated one day before the order date

  • and so on.

This figure is a measure of how long a lead time is required, i.e. how many days the orders must be in dispatch before they are carried out.

Next three occasions

This shows the three closest dates when the scheduled event will occur. Please check that it is correct.
