Goods items (order reception)

Last updated: 24 September 2026

Order > Order reception

Applies to Opter version 2026.06.94 and later.

In group Goods items, you can add information about the goods being transported. For more information, see Norwegian goods in transit (NVIT).

If you wish, you can link the item line to a package on the order by selecting the package number from the drop-down list in the column Package. You can also choose not to link the item line to any package. The line item is then linked only to the order.

The fields in the columns in group Goods items perform no calculations. They store and display the information you have entered in the fields. Item lines (and package lines) can be imported and exported via EDI. For more information, see Norwegian goods in transit (NVIT).

If you want to delete an item row, click on the far left of the item row and then press the Delete key.

If the group Goods items is not displayed, or if you want it to appear in a different place in the order reception, you can configure this. For more information, see Organising the groups in Order reception.
