In this window it is possible to add price units, which can be described as customised price conditions. The price units get their values from the order. The value can come from dimensions (e.g. weight/volume/distance) or products (quantity/pricing weight). There can be a maximum of two price units in a price matrix at the same time.

Description
Nimi

The name of the price unit. The name is displayed together with the dimension when selecting conditions in the price matrix (e.g. "KM (Distance)"). The name also appears on customer invoices.
Mõõtmed

The dimension to be charged for on the order. The dimension is displayed together with the name when selecting conditions in the price matrix (e.g. "KM (Distance)"). The dimensions have the following standard units in order reception:

  • [puudub]: No price is calculated when the price item is used on a service in the price list. This dimension is for price items that are manually added to the price item rows on the order.

  • Kaugus: kilometres

  • Laadimismeeter: metres

  • Pakkeüksused: quantity

  • Length weight length: kilogram (length/width/height converted to weight, see Setting up weight calculation for long goods)

  • Kaubaaluste koht: quantity

  • Hinnastamise kaal: kilo (other dimensions of the order are converted to weight, see Calculating the pricing weight)

  • Toote hinnakujunduse kaal: kilo (weight, volume, Pallet space or load metre of the products are converted to weight, see Calculating the pricing weight)

  • Toote kogus: the quantity of the product (displayed under Tooted in order reception)

  • Aeg: minutes

  • Tegelik kaal: kilos

  • Maht: cubic metres

The standard units can be converted a different unit is required in the price matrix than the one in order reception (see Jagage väärtus järgmisega and the conversion table below).

The dimension Sõiduaeg in order reception cannot be priced in the price matrix. Copy the value to the Aegdimension and use that dimension instead.

The values of the dimensions are taken from order reception in a standard unit (see above). If you want to enter the value in a different unit in the price matrix, for example hours instead of minutes, you can convert the default unit by specifying what to divide it by here ("60" if you want to enter hours instead of minutes in the price matrix). See the conversion table below for common conversions.

Default value: “1”. In other words, the values in the price matrix are entered in the same unit as in order reception.

If anything other than "1" is entered in this field, it is possible in the price matrix to switch between showing the default value and the converted value with the Show {0} instead of {1} checkbox.
Väikseim ühik

The lowest value to which the dimension is rounded. Works in conjunction with Ümardamise tüüp below. See the conversion table below for common conversions.

For example, if there is a daily fee of SEK 9,000, and you want to charge for each 8-hour period or part thereof, enter "0.33" here and select Üles for Ümardamise tüüp.
Ümardamise tüüp

How to round the values of the dimension. Works in conjunction with Väikseim ühik above. See the conversion table below for common conversions.

  • Alla: The value of the dimension is rounded down to the value entered for Väikseim ühik.

  • Standard: The value is rounded according to standard rules, but if the decimal is 0.5, it is rounded to the nearest even integer.

    • 5.1kg becomes 5.0kg (normal rounding)

    • 4.9kg becomes 5.0kg (normal rounding)

    • 4.5kg becomes 4.0kg (nearest even integer)

    • 5.5kg becomes 6.0kg (nearest even integer)

  • Üles: The value of the dimension is rounded up to the value entered for Väikseim ühik. Select this option in order to charge for each unit started, such as each hour started, each tonne started and so on.

The default quantity is filled in the Price item row when the item is manually added to an order.

Conversion table for dimensions

The table below gives examples of how to set some common price units if you want to enter the prices in the matrix in a different unit than the one used in the Order reception. For example, time is entered in minutes in order reception, but it might be desirable to enter the time in hours in the price matrix. Or enter the weight in tonnes in the price matrix instead of kilograms.

If you want to price by weight, you can choose from three weight-based dimensions, Kaal, Hinnastamise kaal and Pikkus kaalu pikkus. The weight is taken directly from the order, but the pricing weight and length weight length must be set. See Calculating the pricing weight and Setting up weight calculation for long goods.
