Choosing the report for notifications to receivers

The content of notifications can be determined by connecting reports to them. You can either use an existing report, and possibly edit it, or create a completely new report and then connect it (see Creating reports for notifications).

1. Click on Seaded > Sõnumid.

2. Select a report for the following messages depending on the events for which notifications are to be sent:

   • Eelteavituse eeldatav aeg (e-post)

   • Eelteavituse eeldatav aeg (SMS)

   • Eelteatise muutmise kuupäev (e-post)

   • Eelteatise muutmise kuupäev (SMS)

   • Teavitamise eelteave (e-post)

   • Eelteavitusteave (SMS)

   • Eelteate edastamise aken (e-post)

   • Eelteatise edastamise aken (SMS)

3. Click on to open the report editor and edit one of the reports.

   If the report is connected to several different notifications, the text will change for all those notifications, not just for the specific notification for which is clicked.

4. Click on Salvesta to save all changes.
