Linking imported files to orders manually

Files that are imported automatically but could not be linked to an order are displayed in a list in the Tundmatud manused window. The files can be linked to orders manually there. This can be done as follows:

1. Click on Tellimus > Manused.

2. Select the Tundmatu option and a period that includes the date on which the unmatched files were imported.

3. Click on Otsing. A list of files that are not linked to any orders is displayed.

4. In the Tellimus nr column, click on a file that is to be linked to an order, enter the order number and click on Salvesta.

The file is linked to the order that is entered and appears in the Manused box in order reception when the order is open.

Files that have already been matched with an order can also be linked to a different order. To do this, select Imporditud instead of Tundmatu in point 2.
