Introduction to the subcontractor web

The subcontractor web allows subcontractors to view the transport operations they perform for you, and to manage them to a certain extent. This can be accessed by adding an extension to the URL used for the webs, which is usually your domain or external IP address. The subcontractor web is located at /opter/subcontractor, for example www.courierservices.com/opter/subcontractor or 123.45.678.901/opter/subcontractor. If running Opter Cloud, the subcontractor web address is https://<name>.opter.cloud/subcontractor.

The information that is displayed and what can be done on the web is controlled from the Internet order settings window.
