Report map errors to HERE

If you discover errors or omissions, such as incorrect routes, addresses or locations, you can report them directly to HERE. The advantage of reporting directly to HERE is that you will be informed when the errors have been fixed and when the change becomes available. Reporting is easily done on mapfeedback.here.com. To report certain errors, and to track your cases, you need a free user account, which you can create at account.here.com/sign-up.

Before reporting a map error, try clearing the caches of distances and address positions. To improve performance, Opter saves positions and distances in a cache. If HERE updates its map data, the cache in Opter needs to be cleared so that new data from HERE can be loaded. You will need to restart Opter after clearing the cache. Click on Help > Diagnostics > Clear distance cache/Clear address position cache (see Help (meny)).
