Rejecting orders received via OpterLink

If you and your partner have an OpterLink partnership, you can send shipments to each other by assigning them to the subcontractor in dispatch. If you have been assigned a shipment that you do not intend to carry out, you have to cancel the shipment. A shipment or an order can be cancelled in dispatch or in order reception.

When you cancel an order or shipment, the Rejected status is sent to the originating party. The order or shipment held by the originating party has the Rejected or Created status, depending on the status flow held by the originating party.

Obs!

It is important to cancel orders and shipments that you do not intend to carry out so that your partner is informed of this via OpterLink. If the order or shipment is only given the Rejected status, the partner will not be notified.
