Opter Driver is the app used by drivers to manage their shipments whilst they are carrying them out. Using the app, you as a driver can share important information with traffic controllers without having to make a phone call or send a text message. The app sends information to dispatch when you change the status of a shipment and when you take a break. You can send messages to dispatch and be sure that they will be received, even if the traffic controller who was on duty this morning has finished their shift and someone else has taken over. If you encounter any problems whilst using the app, please contact your company’s designated contact person.
What is displayed in the app, how it is displayed and which functions are available, can be configured to a certain extent in Opter. If you are a system administrator, see “For system administrators” for more information.
If you’re a driver and have just started using Opter Driver, you can start by reading Pages, tabs and menus in Opter Driver under “For drivers”.

Further information on settings that the system administrator can configure can be found in Install the Opter driver.
