Giving away shipments in Opter Driver for Android

You can give away shipments that you have accepted if for some reason you are then unable to carry them out, or if it is more convenient for another resource to do them. This can be done as follows:

1. Press and hold the shipment to be given away, on the Uus or Töös tab, and select Anna ära.

   On the Töös tab, several shipments can be given away at the same time. Press on > Valige olek…. Select the shipments to give away, press and hold one of the selected shipments and select Anna ära.

2. Select the resource to give the shipments to from the list and press Okei. Only resources from your own supplier appear in the list.

   The shipment is given the Tühistatud status and moved to the Uus tab.

3. Go to the Uus tab, press and hold the revoked shipment and select Kinnita tühistamine, or Kinnita tühistamine (kõik) if you have given away several shipments.

   The shipment disappears from the Uus tab.

The change is synchronised with dispatch and can be seen by dispatchers.

The shipments that are given away are given the Määratud status for the party to which the shipment has been given, and it is shown on the Uus tab in that driver’s app.
