POD for partial deliveries

If multiple partial deliveries are made for a single order, a final, complete proof of delivery can be created automatically when all the packages have been delivered. Partial delivery cannot be combined with automatic POD copies, in the sense that no new order is created, neither for the part of the order that has been delivered nor for the part that has not yet been delivered.

Creating a POD type for a partial delivery

1. Click on Seaded > Veokiri (POD) > Veokirja tüüp and select a POD type from the list on the left or create a new one.

2. Select Pakkeüksuste osaline kohaletoimetamine under Osaline kohaletoimetamine. For more information about the individual settings, see Veokirja tüüp (window).

Creating a POD type for instances where all the packages on an order have been delivered

When all the packages on an order have been delivered, the POD type for all the constituent packages is automatically changed to, for example Kohale toimetatud.

1. Click on Seaded > Veokiri (POD) > Veokirja tüüp and select a POD type from the list on the left or create a new one.

   This setting is usually applied for the Kohale toimetatud POD type.

2. Select the following checkboxes:
   

   • Lõpetatud: This signals that no more proof of deliveries will be registered on the order.

   • Looge POD, kui kõik saadetised on osaliselt kohale toimetatud under Osaline kohaletoimetamine.

     If this checkbox is selected for more than one POD type, it will be random as to which of the POD types is registered.
