Selecting fuel extra for a vehicle

We recommend that you read Fuel surcharge (fuel extra), overview before you change your fuel allowance or start using fuel allowances, so that you don't miss anything important.

Conditions

Crediting to a vehicle or employee

It is only relevant to set up fuel extra where a vehicle is being credited, i.e. not an employee. You can check whether employees or vehicles are to be credited in the office settings (Seaded > Kontorid > Krediteerimine tab > Krediidi saaja drop-down list).If an employee is to be credited, fuel extra can be set up for an employee, see Selecting fuel extra for an employee.

If no fuel extra setting is configured

If no fuel extra setting is configured for the vehicle, the following applies:

If the vehicle belongs to a driver, and you have made a DMT setting for the driver, that DMT setting also applies to the vehicle.

Click on Register > Transpordivahendid > Üldine, check the Hankija drop-down list to see if the vehicle is associated with a supplier, and if so, which one.
If the vehicle belongs to a haulier, but you have not made any DMT settings for the haulier, the customer's DMT applies to the haulier and the vehicle. If no fuel extra setting has been made for the customer, the office setting applies (tab Hinnakujundus).
- Click on Register > Hankijad > Hinnakujundus ja arveldamine, check the Kütuselisa drop-down list and the Kütuselisa pole checkbox to see whether any fuel extra setting has been defined for the supplier.
- Click on Register > Kliendid > Hinnakujundus, check the Kütuselisa drop-down list and the Kütuselisa pole checkbox to see whether any fuel extra setting has been defined for the customer.
- Click on Seaded > Kontorid > Hinnakujundus, check the Kütuselisa drop-down list to see if a standard fuel extra setting has been defined for the system.
If the vehicle does not belong to any haulier, no resource prices are calculated for it.
