Request a POD on arrival at the terminal

You can configure the system so that drivers and terminal staff must record a POD upon arrival at a terminal.

Proceed as follows:

1. Click on Register > Terminals and select a terminal from the list on the left.

2. Go to the Mobile/web tab and select Mandatory POD on arrival (under Proof of delivery (POD)). (In Opter version 2025.12.00 and earlier, you will find the settings on the Scanning tab.)

   Other options:

   • Optional POD on arrival: Drivers and terminal staff may, but are not required to, record a POD.

   • No POD on arrival: Drivers and terminal staff cannot record a POD.

3. Click on Save to save all changes.
