Google Analytics for the terminal web

It is possible to assess how the portal is used by tracking traffic with Google Analytics. Individual users are not identified. The tracking is presented in your Google Analytics account. If Google Analytics is activated, it applies to all web portals, and cannot be activated just for the customer web or the supplier web, for example.

Step 1: Create a Google Analytics account

Create a new Google Analytics account if you do not already have one that can be used. For more information, see Google Analytics.

Step 2: Create a measurement ID for the webpage

A measurement ID is also called a Google tag ID, and in previous versions of Google Analytics it was called a tracking ID. The measurement ID starts with “G-”. For more information, see Google Analytics – help.

Step 3: Enter the measurement ID in Opter

Copy the measurement ID created in step 2 and go to the Settings > Offices > Internet tab. Paste the measurement ID into the Tracking ID for Google Analytics field.
